This year, in our kitchen, those scents have come back to life through the hands of our chef, who has transformed time, craftsmanship, and ingredients from our land into three artisanal panettoni.
Our 2025 Panettoni:

Candied fruits, raisins, and the crunch of almond glaze. The flavor of childhood, elevated with new elegance.
• La Masseria – €40
Pellecchiella apricots, white chocolate, and hazelnuts from our estate. An intense, comforting embrace that carries the warmth of tradition.
• Fico Fondente – €40
White figs, dark chocolate, and estate-grown walnuts. A deep, refined balance created for those who love bold flavors.
